Acceptable Use Policy

You use our services for legitimate business purposes, within the law and with respect for the rights of others. The AI agents prepare work that you review and approve; you remain responsible for what you do with it.

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or facilitating them, including fraud, scams and money laundering.
• Sending spam or other unsolicited bulk communication in violation of applicable law.
• Phishing, impersonation, or misleading recipients about the sender or nature of a message.
• Distributing malware, viruses or other harmful code.
• Infringing intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of third parties.
• Content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful.
• Generating or spreading misleading information presented as fact, including fake reviews and deceptive advertising.
• Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data of others (including credential stuffing and brute-force attacks).
• Circumventing usage limits, security measures or technical restrictions of the platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the platform without our written permission.
• Overloading the platform, for example with automated traffic that disrupts the service for others.

• Do not use the agents to make fully automated decisions with legal effects on individuals (such as hiring, firing or credit decisions) without meaningful human review.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the AI models to bypass safety measures or content rules (prompt injection, jailbreaking).
• Do not submit data you are not allowed to process, such as stolen datasets or special-category personal data without a legal basis.
• Do not present AI output as human-written where that is legally or contractually relevant.

If you see abuse of our platform, or believe our services are being used to infringe your rights (for example copyright), report it to karlo.timmerman@skydust.io with a description of the content or behaviour, its location, and your contact details. We confirm receipt within 5 business days, investigate the report, and remove or block content that is manifestly unlawful.

• For a suspected violation we may first warn you and ask for clarification.
• For serious or repeated violations we may immediately suspend or terminate accounts and remove content.
• We report to authorities where the law requires it.
