SKY DUST LiftOFF runs on AI agents powered by AI models. This policy explains how we work with AI, what you can expect from the agents, and where the limits are. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
AI models can make mistakes. They can misinterpret information, rely on outdated data, or generate text that sounds convincing but is wrong (sometimes called hallucination). That is why the platform is built around review and approval by you.
The agents use models from established AI vendors. The current vendors, including country and purpose, are listed on our subprocessor page at skydust.io/legal/subprocessors. Each vendor is contractually bound not to use your data to train their models.
We follow the EU AI Act and align our service with it. By their nature, the agents in the platform fall under limited-risk applications; we provide the corresponding transparency, such as making clear when you are working with AI-prepared content. We will keep updating this policy as the regulation continues to take effect.
Questions about this policy, or did you encounter an AI output that is harmful or incorrect? Email karlo.timmerman@skydust.io. We take every report seriously and use it to improve the agents.
