Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can try the platform for free within the free tier. Payment is only required once your usage exceeds the free tier, so you can evaluate the platform without risk.

• Subscriptions run per calendar month and renew automatically each month.
• The fixed monthly fee is charged in advance; task usage and credits are charged in arrears or at purchase.
• All prices exclude VAT. Payment runs via credit card or SEPA direct debit.

• You can cancel monthly via your account settings or by emailing karlo.timmerman@skydust.io.
• After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Billing then stops.
• After your subscription ends, you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

• The fixed monthly fee for a month that has already started is not refunded; you keep access until the end of that month.
• Consumed tasks and credits are not refunded.
• Unused, separately purchased credits that have not expired are refunded on request if you fully close your account.
• If a demonstrable fault on our side caused tasks to be billed incorrectly, we correct this with a credit or refund.

Our services are intended for business use, so the statutory consumer right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply. If you nevertheless contract with us as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in full: you may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons via karlo.timmerman@skydust.io, unless you expressly asked us to start providing the service immediately and the service has already been fully performed.

Custom AI development is governed by the terms in the proposal, including payment milestones and cancellation conditions. If you cancel a running project, we invoice the work already performed and costs already incurred.
