This Service Level Agreement describes what you can expect from SKY DUST LiftOFF in terms of availability, maintenance and support. It accompanies our Terms of Service and applies to paid subscriptions.

If we demonstrably miss the availability target in a calendar month due to a cause within our control, you can request a credit of 10% of the fixed monthly fee for that month within 30 days after that month. The credit is applied to a subsequent invoice. The credit is the sole remedy for missing the target; further liability is governed by the Terms of Service.
