To deliver SKY DUST LiftOFF, we engage carefully selected subprocessors. We conclude a data processing agreement with each subprocessor containing obligations equivalent to our own Data Processing Agreement. This page is the current list referred to in that agreement.

For subprocessors outside the European Economic Area, a valid transfer mechanism applies, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
AI vendors are contractually bound not to use customer data to train their models.
We announce new or changed subprocessors at least 30 days in advance on this page and, for platform customers, by email. If you have a reasonable objection, we will work with you to find a solution as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
